Before You Book
Rental Policies
A few terms that apply to every vehicle above, so there are no surprises on the day.
All daily rental prices include travel within our standard Cape Town operating radius only.
Each vehicle has a maximum daily kilometre allowance. Exceeding this allowance, or travelling outside our standard operating radius (e.g. Hermanus, the Cape Winelands, the Garden Route, or other long-distance destinations), requires prior consultation and approval.
Additional kilometre and long-distance charges apply beyond the included allowance. These vary by vehicle model and destination.
Late returns, or bookings that run beyond the agreed time, incur additional charges — the amount depends on the vehicle type and the extra time required.
These policies exist because our insurance covers vehicles within a defined operating radius. Travel beyond that radius requires prior approval and may carry additional cost.
All vehicle rentals require a refundable security deposit starting from R20,000. The exact amount depends on the vehicle — higher-value models such as Lamborghini and McLaren may require a higher deposit.
